Meditation is chosen relaxation. It is easier than you may imagine. In our world of too much stress, challenges and constant demands, it is easy to develop emotional reactions, anxiety and worry. Our bodies and mind can only tolerate so much. No magic pill can eliminate these feelings, the answer is inside of us. To manage our concerns we must go inside our selves and one way to do this is to meditate.
It is easy to learn, with guidance and practice your body and mind will be grateful for this self care activity. The results can be in time, peace, serenity, calmness, and eventually opening yourself to new insights.
Meditation and relaxation is offered as a private session or you can join a group class when running.
