The thoughts, feelings and words you use are constantly creating your future. Integrate some of these tips into your life and watch the changes.From now on when you wake up, take notice of what your thoughts are about your day. Are you excited or are you dreading your day? Try focusing your energy on your present moment, not the past or future but what is happening to your right now.
Get rid of what if, I should, why didn’t I, if only.
These words are totally disempowering, let go of them. Stop all self criticism now, accept who you and where you are right now, criticism keeps you locked in self limiting patterns. Consciously think about what you want and remember that anything is possible, if you can imagine it, it can happen.Take time each day to visualise the life you want. Fill it with lots of detail and feel it become a reality.
Spend time with like minded people to give and receive positive supportive viewpoints. Always remember that you are here for a purpose and that the universe wants to support you to achieve your dreams.
